• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
• Order confirmation and delivery details are finalized by our team after you submit a request through the Site, by phone, or by email.

3. Products & Substitutions

Because flowers are natural and seasonal products, the exact stems, colors, containers, and appearance of an arrangement may vary from the images shown. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, size, and color theme of your selected arrangement.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
• We strive for accuracy, but pricing or typographical errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders.
• Payment is collected through secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors. No payment card details are stored on our servers.

Delivery terms, areas, timeframes, and fees are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed except where expressly stated.
