This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how FLOWERAPP LLC ("FlowerApp") delivers orders placed through flowertoapp.com. Our goal is to deliver fresh, beautiful flowers reliably and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Miami and surrounding neighborhoods, including Coral Gables, Westchester, Kendall, and nearby ZIP codes in Miami-Dade County. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, enter the address in our order form or contact us before ordering.

2. Delivery Times

  • Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local (Miami) time, Monday through Saturday, subject to availability.
  • Standard delivery: orders placed after the same-day cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery day.
  • Scheduled delivery: you may choose a future delivery date at checkout for special occasions.

Delivery windows are estimates. While we work hard to deliver on time, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, high-volume holidays, or incomplete address information.

3. Delivery Fees

  • A standard local delivery fee is calculated and shown before you confirm your order.
  • Free same-day delivery is available on qualifying orders over $60 within our standard Miami delivery zone.
  • Additional fees may apply for extended zones, remote locations, or premium time windows.

4. Business Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  ·  Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local Miami time)

5. Recipient Availability

Please ensure the recipient's name, address, and contact number are accurate and complete. If the recipient is unavailable, our courier may, at their discretion: leave the arrangement in a safe location, leave it with a neighbor or building reception, or attempt to contact the recipient. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee. FlowerApp is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Delivery Confirmation

We may provide delivery confirmation by email or phone. For gift orders, we protect the surprise and do not typically require the recipient's signature unless requested.

7. Holidays & Peak Periods

During major floral holidays (such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), delivery volumes are high. We recommend ordering early. Delivery windows may be broadened and same-day availability may be limited during these periods.
